General rule
Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, consumers may exercise it within the legal period without giving a reason. Refunds will be made according to applicable law and, where required, through the payment method used.
Digital products and services
Some immediately performed electronic services and immediately delivered intangible digital goods may fall within statutory exceptions. SROEdge will not treat every digital sale as automatically non-refundable; the exception must fit the transaction and legal conditions.
