Information we process
Account and contact details, authentication and security records, service usage, support requests, order/license records and technical logs may be processed when required to operate and secure the platform.
Purpose and sharing
Data is used for account administration, service delivery, security, support, legal obligations and, when commerce is activated, order and payment administration. Data is not sold. Necessary data may be shared with infrastructure, authentication, payment or legally authorized recipients where a valid basis exists.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are applied. Records are retained only for operational, security and legal periods applicable to their purpose, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized as appropriate.
